William Hyndman and Irina Hyndman first opened their workers’ compensation firm serving Bay Area injured workers in October 2000. Today the firm has grown to five attorneys, two hearing representatives, and eight staff members. WILLIAM HYNDMAN, ESQ. – FOUNDER

Mr. Hyndman has over 15 years experience in workers’ compensation law. Mr. Hyndman became a California Bar member in 1996. He is a member of the California Applicant’s Attorney Association. He has been recognized by La Raza for his work in representing Latino workers.

Irina Hyndman is a hearing representative with 15 years in workers’ compensation law. Mrs. Hyndman manages the Law Offices of William Hyndman.

 

THOMAS G. RAJSPIC, ESQ.

Mr. Rajspic has been a member of the California Bar since 1977 and has 30 years workers’ compensation experience. A graduate of the University of California, Berkeley, and Armstrong College of Law, Mr. Rajspic is a certified workers’ compensation specialist. 

 

PATRICK J. STEELE, ESQ.

Mr. Steele is a graduate of University of California, Berkeley and University of California, Berkeley School of Law (Boalt Hall). He has been a member of the California Bar since 1982.

 

INNA VINOGRADOV, ESQ.

Ms. Vinogradov is a graduate of University of California, Berkeley and University of California, Berkeley School of Law (Boalt Hall). She has been a member of the California Bar since 2009.

 

 JOEL D. TONDREAU, ESQ.

Mr. Tondreau is a graduate of the University of California, Santa Barbara and McGeorge School of Law. He has been a member of the California Bar since 1992.

Mr. Hundal is a worker’s compensation hearing representative. Mr. Hundal has extensive experience representing clients in Social Security hearings.
